A Guatemalan man has been arrested for the second time in less then 2-months on DUI charges. When 21-year old landscaper Arevalo Ever Leonel Barrera was stopped on Wednesday morning, he was unable to perform field sobriety test. It was later reveiled that he had just received a DUI in October. The Wednesday DUI meant that this was his second in just under 11-weeks.
Authorities also found that Barrera was without a drivers license and he had no social security number. The man, whose bond was set at under $2500, will appear in court this coming February.
