The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, the Dickson County Sheriff’s Office and the White Bluff Police Department have made an arrest in a recent double homicide. The murders took place in White Bluff and two juveniles have been charged with the crime. Jeffery Byrd Johnson, Jr., age 15, and James Earl Garrett, Jr., age 17, have been charged in Juvenile Court in Dickson County, TN with the deaths of two women.
The victims are Mary Ellen Clark, 39, of White Bluff, TN and Gail Clark, 66, of Massachusetts. Both bodies were discovered by the Dickson County Sheriff’s Office at approximately 4:30 in the morning on January 1, 2008.

James Earl Garrett Jr. is NOT guilty, he is and will always be my best friend, and i with all of my heart and soul believe he did not hurt those women.
