Man with HIV accused of Sexual Assault gets 3-yrs

image The man accused of exposing a juvenile to HIV when he raped the teen will spend the next 3 years behind bars. 38-year old Michael Wayne McElderry will spend 15-years on supervised probation when released. The victim, who was 15 when sexually attacked, will undergo HIV testing at least twice a year for the next 12-years. McElderry admitted to sexual wrong doing with the child in 2006.

    What makes even more disgraceful is that this isn’t the first time this guy has been in trouble.

    its ppl like this that make me want to lock my kids in the house and never let them out thats jsut horrible that he only has 3 years
