Two Metro Jail inmates in custody for unlawful gun possession and theft now face a murder charge. The two men in lock-up are accused of killing Murfreesboro resident Brandon Harris in Nashville.
Harris, age 34 of Northfield Boulevard, was found by a passing motorist on the night of February 10.
Metro Detective David Achord says Roger Wayne Battle, age 27, and 22-year old Jessie Louis Lobbins, killed Harris because he was talking badly about Battle.
Battle and Lobbins were arrested by the Gang Unit on charges of unlawful gun possession and theft.
Detectives learned that Lobbins had been in custody since age 16 for kidnapping and robbery convictions out of Memphis. He had been free for just 36 days prior to his March arrest.

Roger is not the person that commited this crime he is being accused because of others issues that will soon be addressed. God Knows the truth. What if lies like this were told about one of your family members?
