Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions Commissioner Greg Gonzales joined Wilson Bank & Trust Community Financial Centers CEO Randall Clemons and other staff members as the bank announced a special milestone: the student participants in the bank’s in-school banking program have surpassed $1,000,000 in combined savings. Clemons said, “This is a tremendous achievement for our area students and for our school bank program, but even more significant than the dollar amount is what it represents. We take pride in being part of a program that helps children learn to save money, because it promotes a habit that can help them for the rest of their lives.” Here in Rutherford County, students from Campus School, Kittrell Elementary, Lascassas Elementary, McFadden School of Excellence, Thurman Francis Arts Academy and Walter Hill Elementary participated.  Photo ID L-R:  Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions Commissioner Greg Gonzales and WB&T CEO Randall Clemons.
