NASHVILLE: 6th grader stands up for a victim of bullying, bully stabs 6th grader who did what’s right
A 6th grader at Goodlettsville Middle School was stabbed this afternoon after he told a 12-year-old to quit bullying another student.
The 13-year-old victim was stabbed four to five times with scissors. He was walking to class when he got into an argument that led to a fight instigated by the 12-year-old. The 12-year-old’s twin joined the fight by stabbing the victim.
The twin who stabbed the boy is charged in Juvenile Court with aggravated assault. His brother is charged with disorderly conduct. The student who was stabbed was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he is in stable condition.
