The Lights Went Out In River View Sunday Morning
Residents were up and getting ready for church, when all of a sudden the lights went off. Homes around Thompson Lane and Haynes Drive were plunged into darkness shortly before 8:30 Sunday (5/11/08) morning. The cool morning after a night of storms made it unpleasant for the Murfreesboro Electric crew to replace the blown transformer. Many persons got ready and when they returned from worship discovered the lights were back on.
