Governor Bredesen: Changes necessary to live within our means
In an address to a joint session of the General Assembly on Monday, Governor Phil Bredesen outlined his plan to trim the budget he proposed in January by an additional $468 million.
Governor Bredesen said its time for Tennessee Government to live within its means.
